In-Person & Online Zoom Trainings!

John Brookfield is available for private online one on one Zoom trainings, as well as group online Zoom trainings. John's passion is to help individuals achieve optimal health and achieve all their personal goals no matter what they may be.

Of course, John specializes and loves to teach people his Rise + Restore breathing method but also enjoys customizing programs in strength and conditioning and health and wellness in general. 

John works with a variety of people regardless of their age, background, abilities and personal goals. Whether you want to breath better, perform better in sports, or become stronger and healthier, John can customize a safe productive program for you. Here are a few of John's specialties below:

John Brookfield is now conducting in-person trainings in North Carolina. If you are interested in learning John's unique one-of-a-kind Strong N Wise training methods, this is for you. 

These private or small group trainings last for two days in which John customizes these trainings directly for you. This guarantees the results you are looking for, regardless of your needs and goals. 

You will learn John's physical and mental training methods and be able to implement these methods right away into your chosen sport or battlefield. Here are just a few of the systems you will learn:
